Registration Information

 

  • All Registrations Include:

 

  1. All meals, (Dinner on the 16th thru breakfast on the 22nd)
  2. All programs and materials
  3. Meeting pavilions and dining hall
  4. Shower and restroom facilities
  5. Campfire circles
  6. A folding chair
  7. Personal water bottle

 

  •  Camping Options

  1. We provide a two person tent to share and a sleeping bag and sleeping mat.  We will reserve a space in a tent with a friend or family member upon request.
  2. We provide a two person tent to share.  You provide your own sleeping bag and sleeping pad.  We will reserve a space in a tent with a friend or family member upon request.

   *  There are some roll away beds available (40) upon request for an additional $40.00.  Let us know if you will need one of these.

  • Registration Fees
  1. Registration with camping option #1____________________________$750.00
  2. Registration with camping option #2____________________________$700.00
  3. Registration with camping option #3____________________________$700.00
  4. Registration for Children ages 8-12 (Please see notes below)_________ $225.00

*  A certain number of youth scholarships are available.  Please contact us using the contact page if you are interested applying for a scholarship or in sponsoring a scholarship.

Children are more than welcome to attend and the $225.00 fee will include both lodging and food for the week. The fee assumes that your child will share a tent with his or her guardian. Please come prepared to take care of your child as the fee does not include supervision and there is no children's camp per se.

 

All registrations must be made before July 15th.  All fees are in U.S. dollars and can be made by credit card or money order.  Cancellation of your registration can be done before July 15th.  A $50.00 fee for cancellation and refund will apply.

Please include your name, and your camping option with your mailed in registration.  If you have any special dietary restrictions due to allergies etc please include with your registration.
